What I Do
I use effective, integrative psychotherapy methods to help battle the negative self-talk and rewrite the story that has an ending you did not choose!
Making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results. I will do everything I can to make you comfortable enough to get uncomfortable.

I utilize an integrative approach because you are not a cookie, so no cookie cutter approach. I am trained in many areas but utilize these most frequently:
